The fully-equipped ladies-only gym offers cardiovascular equipment and resistance suite. The machines are built with a ladies frame in mind, from the handle bars, seating positions to the use of lighter weight stacks.

The endless swimming operates using a system of jets which can be adjusted to match the users ability.

The pool is heated and acts as an Excerise Therapy Pool as well as providing a jet spa therapy massage.

Members are able to book private sessions of 40 minutes in the pool.
