AQUA-TONE LADIES STUDIO OPENED IN June 2007 by Natasha Newell(OWNER) and is managed by Sarah Newell. Aquatone is situated in the Ribble Valley on Mill Street Great Harwood Lancashire. We offer excellent facilities with great friendly staff.
The fully-equipped ladies-only gym offers cardiovascular equipment, resistance suite and class studio, plus a indoor endless pool, and Infra--Red sauna. As a gym member, you will be given complete instruction in our exciting gym to ensure you are confident with our full range of beautiful exercise machines.
Natasha(owner) & Sarah(manager) both say - Our gym is built smaller compared to the other gyms so that we can focus on each of our members and give them the attention that they need. "We believe in getting to know our customers so that we are able to understand and assist them in fulfilling their needs and goals better."
What makes this centre unique compared to the other gyms is that their machines are built with a lady’s frame in mind, from the handle bars, seating positions to the use of lighter weight stacks.
Men who use these machines might find it slightly uncomfortable, as they tend to have broader frames and require heavier weight stacks. Besides the workout equipment, the gym offers other fun alternatives such as their meditation , Belly Dancing, Yoga, and Ab, Bum & Thigh programmes + MORE!
